Liam Neeson thriller airs on Rai 2

The action thriller ‘In the Land of Saints and Sinners’ (L’ultima vendetta) is scheduled to air on Rai 2 on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The film, directed by Robert Lorenz, stars Liam Neeson as Finbar Murphy, a man attempting to leave a violent past behind, only to be confronted by the arrival of IRA terrorists in his community.

Set in 1970s Ireland during the Troubles, the production was filmed in various locations across County Donegal, including Glencolmcille, Killybegs, Kilcar, and Ardara. The cast also features Kerry Condon, Ciarán Hinds, Jack Gleeson, and Colm Meaney.
