Liberal Democratic Party demands return of 4 million euros in funding

The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) has issued a formal protest against the degradation of political discourse in North Macedonia. The party expressed deep indignation regarding the toxic language and insults used by leaders of the major political parties, specifically naming SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE.

The LDP criticized the prevalence of derogatory epithets in public debate, arguing that such behavior undermines the state and replaces meaningful discussion on economic development, education reform, and living standards with primitive insults.

As a result of this perceived degradation, the LDP is demanding that the major political parties immediately return 4 million euros in public funding to the citizens. The party argues that taxpayers should not have to fund political entities that use those resources to spread hatred and mutual humiliation.
