Liberec Region celebrates 20th Regional Food Day

The 20th anniversary of the Regional Food Day was held in Liberec, featuring forty local producers from the Liberec Region. The event, held at the regional embankment near the Liberec Regional Authority, included cooking demonstrations using local ingredients, musical performances, and the presentation of the Regional Food Liberec Region 2026 awards.

During the ceremony, nine local producers received quality marks from a pool of 34 participants who submitted 107 products. Notable winners included Hamrovská řemeslná pekárna for its bakery products, the company dobroTy from Ráje, and Kozí farma Pěnčín. The awards were presented by officials including Deputy Minister of Agriculture Oldřich Černý and Liberec Governor Martin Půta.
