Liberecký Region donates three ambulances to Ukraine

The Liberecký Region in the Czech Republic is donating three decommissioned ambulances to Ukraine to support medical services in hospitals and at the front lines. The vehicles, valued between 200,000 and 300,000 CZK each, are being replaced by new models as part of a routine fleet renewal. The organization Post Bellum will manage the necessary modifications, equipment, and transportation to the destination.

This donation is part of a broader humanitarian effort directed toward the Vinnytsia Oblast, a partner region of the Liberecký Region since 2017. Since the start of the Russian invasion in February 2022, the region's total support has approached 40 million CZK. This assistance includes a direct transfer of one million euros immediately following the invasion, as well as funding for veteran rehabilitation facilities, water network repairs in Vinnytsia, and care centers for refugees.
