Liber@mente International Prize held in Montepaone Lido

The 18th edition of the Liber@mente International Prize was held at the municipal amphitheater in Montepaone Lido, organized by the Fondazione Vincenzo Scoppa.

Awards were presented to the Acton Institute, an international center focused on the relationship between religion, freedom, and economics; the Gazzetta del Sud, a historic Southern Italian newspaper; and Professor Eugenio Capozzi, a historian and academic. The ceremony also included special recognitions for various local associations and cultural entities for their contributions to community life, solidarity, and sport.

A significant portion of the evening was dedicated to honoring the memory of Angela Fidone, an artist and educator whose work, ‘Volo’, serves as the design for the prize trophy.
