Librobús itinerant library visits Coatzacoalcos schools

The Librobús, an itinerant library, has begun visiting schools in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, as part of the “Coatzacoalcos Lee” Book Fair. The initiative is led by the municipal government under Mayor Pedro Miguel Rosaldo García through the Department of Culture and Tourism.

In coordination with the Fondo de Cultura Económica, the mobile library carries approximately 5,000 volumes, including works from the editorial institution and three private publishers. The program aims to foster a love for reading among students of various educational levels.

Following its launch on October 13, the Librobús visited the Francisco Mata Aguilar and Vicente Guerrero primary schools. Scheduled visits include the Francisco H. Santos primary school on October 14.
