Liceo Artistico Franco Russoli reopens historic Cascina headquarters

The historic headquarters of the Liceo Artistico ‘Franco Russoli’ in Cascina is set to reopen on September 15, 2026, following extensive renovation and safety works. The project, completed by the provincial administration, concludes a long period of waiting for the school community, which previously had to manage space shortages and the dislocation of classes across multiple sites.

The renovated facility at via Tosco Romagnola 242 has been upgraded to meet modern standards for energy efficiency, seismic safety, and fire prevention. Additionally, the school has introduced new digital and laboratory innovations to provide more stimulating and inclusive learning environments for students.

School Principal Gaetana Zobel expressed pride in the achievement, thanking the provincial technicians, the construction firm, and the staff—including Vice Principal Monica Cei—for their dedication during the relocation and cataloging of school assets.
