Liceo Canova students create murals at Centro Lagorà

Students from the Antonio Canova Fine Arts High School have completed five large murals at the Lagorà Multipurpose Center in Laghetto. The project, titled ‘Lagorà Project: Artistic Murals for Inclusion and Protection’, was carried out by 32 students as part of a school-to-work training program supported by the Municipality of Vicenza.

The artworks focus on themes of hospitality, fragility, and social cohesion. The visual elements feature a large animal protecting small human beings, symbolizing care and inclusion. The initiative aims to strengthen the connection between the school, the local territory, and community participation through the revitalization of public spaces.
