Licia Colò discusses relationship and separation from Alessandro Antonino

Italian presenter Licia Colò has shared details regarding her relationship and 2023 separation from painter Alessandro Antonino. The couple met in 2004 at an art exhibition, leading to a marriage and the birth of their daughter, Liala, one year later.

Colò noted that meeting Antonino changed her life, stating that without him, she likely would not have had a child as it was not part of her original plans. Despite their marriage ending, the pair continues to work together professionally and maintains a friendship, though Colò admitted they still experience frequent disagreements due to their differing personalities.

Their daughter, Liala, also spoke about the family dynamic, describing her parents as a “force of nature” with contrasting temperaments—noting her father is more creative while her mother is more pragmatic. Liala indicated that the separation, which occurred when she was approximately ten years old, was managed well by both parents.
