Lidl Bulgaria launches new Lidl Plus loyalty points program

Lidl Bulgaria has upgraded its Lidl Plus application by introducing a new loyalty feature called ‘Lidl points’. This new system replaces the previous ‘Coupon+’ and digital scratch card functions to offer users more flexibility in selecting rewards.

Under the new program, customers earn one point for every 1 euro spent per receipt when scanning the app at checkout. Any amount exceeding a whole euro is rounded up in the customer's favor; for example, a purchase of 1.01 euros earns two points. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and points are accumulated for up to the first five transactions per day.

Accumulated points become available for use within 48 hours of purchase and remain valid for 24 months. Users can exchange points via the app for percentage discounts on products with variable weight, special coupons for favorite products priced at 0.01 euro, or cash discounts on their total bill. Upon the first update, users will receive a one-time gift of 100 bonus points.
