Lidl expands workforce with 17 new hires at Kumanovo logistics centre
In early August, Lidl hired 17 new employees for its logistics centre in Kumanovo, North Macedonia, marking the latest step in the retailer’s ongoing recruitment drive across the country. The hires completed the selection process and began a structured onboarding programme that lasts six to eight weeks, depending on the role.
Human‑resources director Teodora Hadži‑Dimova‑Tanaskoska said the company’s long‑term success depends on its people and that Lidl aims to build a stable, professional and dedicated team. With more than 400 staff nationwide, Lidl continues to recruit for its logistics hub and retail stores, emphasizing training, career development and a supportive work environment.
