Lidl Hrvatska sponsors Croatian women’s national handball team

Lidl Hrvatska and the Croatian Handball Federation have signed a sponsorship agreement to support the Croatian women’s national handball team. The partnership was introduced ahead of the Women’s EHF EURO 2026, which is scheduled to take place from December 3 to December 20 across five European countries.

Lidl will serve as the official ‘Fresh Food partner’ for the tournament. The sponsorship aims to increase the visibility of women’s handball and support the national team’s journey toward the international competition. Peter Kebrič, a member of the Lidl Hrvatska management board, noted that the collaboration aligns with the company’s values of teamwork and unity. Tomislav Grahovac, president of the Croatian Handball Federation, expressed that the support from a recognized partner is vital for the development of women’s handball in Croatia.
