On Thursday, 11 June, Lidl opened its third outlet in the town of Pabianice, Poland. The 1,400 m² store is located in the new Tkalnia2 shopping centre on Grota Roweckiego 8a/1B and offers parking for 78 cars, including spaces for people with disabilities and families with children. The shop features modern, eco‑friendly heating, LED lighting and electronic shelf‑labeling, and provides self‑checkout and priority counters for pregnant customers and those with disabilities. Lidl also promotes its Lidl Plus app and “quiet hours” for neuro‑atypical shoppers.

Meanwhile, Polish clothing brand Pan tu nie stał is set to open a second‑hand concept called Drugi Obieg on 20 June in Warsaw at Koszykowa 34/50. The space will operate as a clothing resale shop and will host workshops on repairing, upcycling and handcrafted projects, aiming to extend the life of garments and support circular fashion. The initiative reflects growing consumer interest in sustainable consumption and offers a community hub for the brand’s customers.
