Lidl Poland enhances warehouse staff benefits and rolls out steep fruit‑vegetable discounts
Lidl Poland is intensifying its recruitment drive for warehouse staff amid a labour shortage in the country's logistics sector. The retailer is offering higher net wages, free meals and company‑provided physiotherapy for roles such as forklift operators, aiming to attract qualified workers to its distribution centres.
At the same time, Lidl Poland is promoting a limited‑time price campaign on fresh, locally sourced produce. From 20 to 22 July, customers can obtain discounts of up to 76 % on items like tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce, green beans and berries through the Lidl Plus app, with additional coupons and 1+1 offers.
