Lidl rolls out Silvercrest Slow Juicer, promises double fruit yield

Lidl introduced the Silvercrest Slow Juicer, a household appliance priced at €59.99 and available in stores from 13 July. The juicer operates at only 60 revolutions per minute, far slower than conventional centrifugal models, to extract more liquid from each piece of fruit and retain a higher level of vitamins.

The device features a 200 W motor, stainless‑steel auto‑feeding arms, a reverse‑run function to clear jams, a wide feed chute, a separate pulp container, a one‑metre power cable and a three‑year warranty. Lidl expects regular juicers to recoup the cost within weeks, as the slow‑press technology is marketed to double the amount of juice obtained from a given amount of fruit. Stock is limited and expected to sell out quickly.
