Lidl rolls out ultra‑low‑price garden repellents in the Czech Republic

Lidl has introduced two heavily discounted garden protection devices in its Czech stores. One product, a low‑cost device priced at 1,500 CZK, is marketed as a powerful garden tool. The second, a solar‑powered ultrasonic animal repeller sold under the Parkside brand, costs 249.90 CZK and is designed to deter cats, dogs, rodents, foxes and other wildlife. The repeller features a motion sensor with an eight‑metre range, five operating modes, a built‑in solar panel that charges an internal battery, and IP65 weather protection. It can also be powered via USB‑C and includes a three‑year warranty. Lidl offers a multi‑pack of three units for 649.90 CZK, lowering the per‑unit price to roughly 216 CZK. Both items are promoted as chemical‑free alternatives for garden pest control.
