Lidl US rolls out Lidl Plus loyalty app nationwide

Lidl US is launching its Lidl Plus loyalty program on July 15. The app, used by more than 120 million customers worldwide, offers personalized coupons, member‑exclusive offers, points earned on purchases (Lidl Points), digital receipts and surprise rewards such as Mystery Boxes and Spin‑to‑Win. CEO Alan Barry said launching the app “is part of our strategy to bring even more value to our customers.” Early‑bird users who register by July 14 receive a free ready‑meal coupon and in‑store shoppers can claim complimentary Lidl merchandise while supplies last. A “Tap Into Savings” campaign featuring creator content supports the rollout.

The launch follows Lidl’s broader rollout of the Lidl Plus platform, including a self‑scanning trial in the UK that is expanding to 37 stores across Scotland, the South East and the South of England. The app now operates in more than 32 countries, with the US addition bringing the total to a global user base of over 120 million.
