Liedmann expands headquarters in Poland with Commercecon

Liedmann, a Polish manufacturer of calcium granular fertilizers, is expanding its headquarters in Krzeczów, Łódź Voivodeship. The expansion aims to increase available space and improve ergonomic working conditions for employees as the company scales its operations across Europe.

The project is being executed by Commercecon under a ‘design and build’ formula, covering everything from documentation and design to construction and finishing. The new office section will be connected to the existing building via a glass link and will feature modern architecture with large glazing and a two-story facade. The investment also includes the landscaping of the area surrounding the office building.
