Lietuvos paštas consolidates logistics operations in Alytus

Lietuvos paštas has consolidated its operations in the Alytus region by merging its separate parcel and logistics centers into a single, larger facility. The new logistics center, located at Pramonės g. 35C, covers nearly 1,000 square meters and is designed to optimize daily workflows for mail carriers, couriers, and sorting operators.

This infrastructure investment aims to manage increasing parcel volumes more effectively and accelerate delivery times for residents in the Dzūkija region. In addition to the new center, the company plans to expand its parcel locker network in Alytus and install two new automated parcel machines in smaller settlements next year to bring services closer to local communities.
