LIF Indonesia launches AI-powered nutrition tracking feature

LIF Indonesia has launched LIF Nutri, a new nutrition feature within the LIF application designed to help users manage their daily dietary patterns. Available exclusively to LIF Core Smart Ring users, the feature utilizes AI Meal Log technology, allowing users to estimate calorie and macronutrient intake—including carbohydrates, proteins, and fats—simply by taking photos of their food.

Developed in collaboration with sports nutritionist Emilia Achmadi, the tool includes a calorie calculator, a macronutrient calculator, a personal daily meal handbook, and daily menu ideas to provide personalized nutritional guidance.
