Life magazine announces return to print publication

Life magazine is returning to print with a 250-page quarterly debut issue titled “Where Are We Now?” scheduled for release on November 23. The relaunch marks the publication's first regular print edition since 2007.

Owned by Karlie Kloss’s Bedford Media, the magazine aims to build a multi-platform media business encompassing digital storytelling, documentaries, video, and membership events. While Bedford Media manages editorial operations and business strategy, the magazine’s historical photography archives remain under the ownership of Dotdash Meredith.

The debut issue will feature more than 120 contributors covering various sectors of American life, including scientists, artists, and athletes. Rather than traditional print advertising, the first issue is being sponsored by Rivian and Figma.
