Life Sentences in Pennsylvania and Florida CSAM Cases

Two men in the United States pleaded guilty or no contest to possession of child sexual abuse material and are facing lengthy prison terms. Zachary P. Keiser, 36, of McVeytown, Pennsylvania, entered a guilty plea to a felony count under the state's "third‑strike" law, which mandates life imprisonment without parole for repeat child‑sex offenders. He will be formally sentenced on Oct. 22 after previously serving sentences for child‑sexual assault convictions in 2009 and 2013.

Charles “Billy” Danielson, 52, of Beulah, Florida, pleaded no contest to ten counts of possession of child sexual abuse material under a plea agreement, with ten other charges dismissed. He faces a maximum sentence of about 10.6 years in state prison and will be designated a lifetime sexual offender. The investigation began in 2024 after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to a search warrant and seizure of digital devices containing images of abused children.
