Life360 reports 100 million users amid stock volatility

Life360, Inc. recently reported significant user growth, surpassing 100 million monthly active users. During its second quarter, the company saw revenue increase by 38% to US$159 million and adjusted EBITDA rise by 53% to US$31.1 million. Advertising revenue also reached a record US$22 million.

Despite these milestones, the company's stock experienced volatility. Following the earnings announcement, US shares fell 12%, and ASX-listed shares saw a notable decline. CEO Lauren Antonoff defended the results, stating that the company is well-positioned to leverage AI through its live, large-scale data assets.

In a separate transaction, Life360 Director Chris Hulls sold 250,000 shares at an average price of $46.84 on August 18th, totaling approximately $11.71 million. This sale represents a 39.55% decrease in his position, leaving him with 382,056 shares.
