Life360 sees analyst upgrades and user growth

Life360 is seeing varied analyst activity and continued user growth. Wall Street Zen recently upgraded the company from a “sell” to a “hold” rating. Other financial institutions have provided updated outlooks: Bank of America raised its target price to $66.00 with a “buy” rating, while Morgan Stanley set a target of $65.20. Conversely, UBS Group and Citigroup both maintained “buy” ratings but lowered their price targets to $60.00 and $60.10, respectively. DA Davidson set a “neutral” rating with a $40.00 target.

On the operational side, Life360 reported approximately 102.4 million monthly active users (MAUs) at the end of the second quarter. While over half of these users are located in the United States, the company maintains a significant global presence. Growth opportunities include increasing the conversion of users to paid subscriptions—noting that Paying Circles represented only 3.1% of MAUs—and expanding advertising revenue from the non-subscriber user base.
