Lifesick announces new album When Brutality Becomes The Language

Danish death metal and metallic hardcore band Lifesick has announced the release of their fifth full-length album, ‘When Brutality Becomes The Language’. Scheduled for release on January 22, 2027, via Metal Blade Records, the album is described as the band's most focused and heavy work to date.

The record blends death metal-inspired riffs with fast hardcore energy and heavy breakdowns. It was produced with the assistance of long-time sound expert and former Hatesphere vocalist Jacob Bredahl, whom the band describes as feeling like a ‘sixth member’. The album was mastered by Brad Boatright.

Lyrically, the album explores themes of survival, confrontation, and resilience. The band has also released the single ‘All Eyes On Me’ alongside a music video. The tracklist features several guest appearances, including members from Rot Away, Eyes, Whispers, Purified In Blood, and Neckbreakker.
