Lifetime expands private investment operations to Sorocaba

Lifetime, a financial services firm celebrating 15 years in the market, is expanding its presence in the interior of São Paulo with a new operation in Sorocaba. The company aims to grow its assets under management from the current R$ 30 billion to R$ 100 billion by 2030.

The Sorocaba office was established following the acquisition of a spin-off from Cordier Investimentos. The firm expects to reach R$ 3 billion in custody within the next five years, targeting high-income clients, companies, and family groups with wealth planning and investment solutions. A dedicated headquarters for the unit is scheduled to open in January 2027.

CEO Fernando Katsonis noted that Sorocaba was selected due to its strategic location, entrepreneurial profile, and active real estate market, describing the region as an extremely strategic market for the company’s personalized service model.
