Liga Endesa expands global broadcast reach to 170 countries

The Asociación de Clubes Españoles de Baloncesto (ACB) has significantly expanded the global reach of Liga Endesa. For the 2026–27 season, new broadcast agreements will extend the league's coverage to more than 170 countries and territories across five continents.

Key expansions include new partnerships with DAZN in Canada and the United States, and Prima Sport in the Czech Republic. In South America, DSports will cover Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Colombia, and Paraguay. The league has also secured extensive coverage across Asia and the Indian subcontinent through Cayo TV, and in various European and CIS markets via partners like Start TV and Sportklub.

Alongside these commercial developments, the 2026–27 season introduces updated refereeing regulations for Liga Endesa and the EuroLeague. The new rules categorize unsportsmanlike fouls into flagrant fouls, which result in disqualification, and disruptive fouls, which do not. Technical fouls are also being split into categories focusing on player conduct versus administrative delays.
