The Liga Nacional de Ascenso has confirmed the schedule for the third matchday, consisting of 16 matches across three groups to be played on Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6, 2026.

In Group A, matches include the Valle derby between San Lorenzo, FAS, and Pirata. Other fixtures feature Eagle Sport against AFFI Academia, Gimnástico versus Arsenal Sao, Cedeño against Real Tegus, San Rafael against Infop FC, and Meluca against Hondupino.

Group B action includes Brasilia vs. Espartano, Parrillas One vs. Suyapa, Pumas vs. Honduras Progreso, and Juventud Yoreña vs. Cruz Azul Opoa, with Deportes Savio facing Cuervos on Sunday. Palestino will rest during this round.
