Liga Nicoleña launches Avelino Verón youth football tournament

The Liga Nicoleña youth football league has commenced its “Avelino Verón” Torneo Clausura. The competition is structured into four zones based on the standings from the Apertura tournament, with teams competing for placement in either the Copa de Oro or the Copa de Plata.

In the Fifth Division, notable results included a 2-2 draw between Los Andes and Belgrano, a 2-1 victory for Conesa over Regatas Naranja, and a 4-0 win for Paraná against General Rojo. The Sixth Division also saw opening matches, including a 1-0 away win for Belgrano against Los Andes.
