Liga Pro opens 15-day transfer window for free agents

Ecuadorian professional football clubs in Serie A and B have entered a new 15-day transfer window specifically for signing free agents. Although the standard transfer window closed on August 25, 2026, this regulation allows teams to bolster their squads with players who are currently without a contract.

Players who are currently under contract with other clubs cannot be signed during this period and must wait until the next transfer window opens in January 2027.
