The second season of the 2026 Liga Señal Colombia de Baloncesto begins on Monday, September 28. The tournament features eight teams competing across six Colombian cities: Bogotá, Cúcuta, Villavicencio, Medellín, Cali, and Manizales.

Teams are divided into two conferences. Conference A includes Caimanes del Llano, Club Deportivo Motilones, Piratas de Bogotá, and the debutant Capitanes de Bogotá. Conference B consists of the defending champions Toros del Valle, runners-up Paisas, Caribbean Storm, and Sabios de Manizales. Capitanes de Bogotá enters the league replacing Cimarrones del Chocó.

The season kicks off with a match between Paisas and Caribbean Storm at the Coliseo Iván de Bedout in Medellín.
