Light & Wonder posts 26% profit rise as Westwing sees 15% GMV growth in Q2 2026

Light & Wonder reported a 26% year‑on‑year increase in net income for the second quarter of 2026, with net profit reaching €112 million on revenue of €770 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose 9% to €356 million, driven by growth in gaming operations and iGaming, while operating cash flow more than doubled to €224 million. The company returned €125 million to shareholders in the quarter and aims to reduce net‑debt leverage below 3.0×.

Westwing Group SE announced a 15% rise in gross merchandise volume to €127 million and a 14% increase in revenue to €113 million for Q2 2026. Adjusted EBITDA was €5.4 million, with a negative free cash flow of €9.4 million, but the firm maintained a strong net cash position of €68 million. Expansion into three new countries and new stores in Frankfurt and Munich contributed to the growth, and the company reaffirmed its full‑year guidance.
