Lightning AI expands executive team with three new leadership appointments

Lightning AI, a New York-based AI cloud company, has appointed three new members to its executive leadership team: Heather Paduck as Chief Financial Officer, Betty Junod as Chief Marketing Officer, and Jarlath Doherty as Chief People Officer.

These appointments follow the company’s merger with Voltage Park in January 2026. The merger combined Lightning AI’s model development and training platform with a significant GPU infrastructure business. The company currently operates more than 40,000 NVIDIA GPUs across nine data centers in the United States.

Hearther Paduck will lead global financial strategy, focusing on capital strategy to scale GPU and data center capacity. Betty Junod will oversee global marketing and communications to drive enterprise and developer engagement. Jarlath Doherty will lead the people organization, focusing on talent acquisition and development.
