Liguria announces 2026 school scholarship applications

The Liguria Region has announced the opening of applications for 2026 school scholarships. The program is designed for resident students attending primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary schools, including both state and private institutions.

Applications can be submitted between September 28 and November 30, 2026. The initiative offers two types of financial support: grants to cover enrollment and attendance fees, and grants specifically for the purchase of textbooks for middle and high school students.

Maximum award amounts are set at 600 euros for primary school, 800 euros for lower secondary school, and 1,100 euros for upper secondary school. Regional officials noted that the income threshold for eligibility has been raised to 50,000 euros to expand access to the program.
