Liguria launches regional protocol to strengthen Amministrazione di Sostegno
Liguria’s regional government has opened a participatory process to draft a protocol for the Amministrazione di Sostegno, aiming to coordinate the justice system, health services and social welfare for vulnerable people. The draft will set common guidelines and involve tribunals, prosecutors, health agencies and local authorities.
At the same time Liguria approved a €2 million rent‑aid fund for 23 municipalities, launched a €500 k “Nidi estivi” summer‑care programme for infants, and adopted a €241 million budget amendment for 2026‑2028, reporting a positive financial result for 2025.
