Liguria region invests 58 million euros in urban regeneration

During the 13th edition of Expo Valle Arroscia in Pieve di Teco, Liguria's regional assessor for urban regeneration, Marco Scajola, presented the progress of urban renewal projects across the region.

Since 2021, the Liguria Region has funded 212 interventions totaling 58 million euros. A significant portion of these projects, approximately 70% or 148 interventions, are located in inland municipalities. The initiative aims to recover spaces, enhance historic centers, improve services, and increase the quality of life in smaller communities.

In the province of Imperia, 90 interventions have been carried out with an investment of 29 million euros. Specifically, the Arroscia and Impero valleys have seen 26 funded projects totaling approximately 9 million euros.
