Lil Durk Charged in Fourth Superseding Indictment Ahead of Trial

Federal prosecutors filed a fourth superseding indictment against Chicago rapper Lil Durk in a California federal court, adding two separate interstate‑stalking counts: one for tracking rival rapper Quando Rondo with a dangerous weapon and another for the death of Rondo’s cousin Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson. The filing also expands racketeering allegations, claiming Durk’s record label Only The Family (OTF) financed and coordinated the 2022 hit that killed Robinson.

Co‑defendants including Deandre Dontrell Wilson and other OTF associates face matching charges. Durk remains held without bail after his October 2024 arrest near Miami International Airport, and the murder‑for‑hire trial is scheduled to begin on August 20, with pre‑trial motions set for August 13 before U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald.
