Lil Wayne joins Fortnite Icon Series

Epic Games is bringing rapper Lil Wayne into the Fortnite Icon Series. The collaboration, set to debut on September 12, includes a variety of cosmetic items and musical content designed to reflect the artist's career.

Players will have access to two distinct character outfits: the ‘Lil Wayne’ skin, featuring gold graffiti that reacts to music, and the ‘Weezy’ skin. Additional items include the ‘Milli Bricks’ back bling, the ‘Weezy Board’ skateboard, the ‘Weezy Boardbreaker’ harvesting tool, and the ‘Young Money’ stage glider.

The musical integration features three tracks in Fortnite Festival: ‘Lollipop’, ‘A Milli’, and ‘6 Foot 7 Foot’. The collaboration also includes themed emotes based on the artist's choreography. To celebrate the launch, a special tournament called the ‘Weezy Icon Cup’ will take place on September 12, offering players a chance to earn items before they arrive in the in-game shop.
