Lili Reinhart uses rom-com fashion tributes to promote The Love Hypothesis

Actor Lili Reinhart is utilizing “method dressing” to promote her film, ‘The Love Hypothesis,’ by wearing outfits that reference iconic romantic comedy fashion. Working with stylist Ib Abdel Nasser, Reinhart has curated a series of looks inspired by classic cinema moments.

During the film's premiere in New York City, Reinhart wore an archival pink-and-green Elie Saab gown from 2004 paired with Aquazzura heels, later changing into a crystal-covered Elie Saab mini dress for the after-party. Other notable appearances include a vintage 1990s Versace butter-yellow ensemble and a custom lilac Hervé Léger bandage dress that references Sandra Bullock’s character in ‘Miss Congeniality.’

Her fashion choices have also paid homage to films such as ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days,’ ‘13 Going on 30,’ and ‘Cruel Intentions,’ blending contemporary style with cinematic nostalgia to celebrate the romantic comedy genre.
