Lili Reinhart reveals diagnoses of multiple chronic illnesses

Actress Lili Reinhart has shared details regarding her journey with several chronic and inflammatory health conditions. After experiencing unexplained symptoms while working in Germany, she was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis in October 2024, a condition characterized by bladder inflammation and irritation.

Following further medical evaluations and laparoscopic surgery, Reinhart confirmed a diagnosis of endometriosis in December 2025. Prior to this, she had received a diagnosis of adenomyosis via MRI. Additionally, she has disclosed suffering from mast cell activation syndrome, a condition involving abnormal mast cell responses. Reinhart described the long diagnostic process as frustrating and noted how the physical changes impacted her perception of her own body.
