Lilian Akopova to perform solo piano recital in Augsburg

Pianist Lilian Akopova will perform a solo recital titled ‘Grenzenlose Klangwelten: Zwischen Rhein und Dnjepr – Zwei Flüsse, ein musikalischer Dialog’ in Augsburg on October 29, 2026. The concert will take place in the Kleiner Goldener Saal.

Akopova, who was raised in Kyiv and currently lives in Munich, has designed a program that seeks to bridge musical traditions of Western and Eastern Europe. Rather than following a chronological timeline, the performance will feature a dialogue between diverse works, including pieces by Johann Sebastian Bach, Felix Mendelssohn, César Franck, Lewko Revutsky, Robert Schumann, and Maurice Ravel.
