Lille OSC faces elite opponents in Champions League draw

Following the UEFA Champions League draw held in Monaco, Lille OSC has been assigned a challenging lineup of opponents for the 2026/2027 league phase. The French club, which secured its spot by finishing third in Ligue 1, will face several European giants.

Lille is scheduled to host Bayern Munich at home and will travel to face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. Other notable opponents include AS Roma, who Lille will face away, and Real Betis, whom they will host. The new format features 36 clubs in a single league phase, with each team playing eight matches against eight different opponents, consisting of four home and four away games.
