Lillian Droniak, a 96-year-old social media personality known as Grandma Droniak, has leveraged her massive online following to cover her living expenses. With approximately 15 million followers, she earns enough through brand partnerships to pay her monthly nursing home fees of $12,000.

Droniak gained significant attention after a dispute with her retirement home regarding her hosting parties. Following a period of tension, a settlement was reached that allows her to continue hosting gatherings, provided that no alcohol is served.

Her online presence, which began in 2020 with the help of her grandson, focuses on demonstrating that aging can be an active and enjoyable process. Her content covers topics such as fashion, cooking, and lifestyle, attracting a predominantly younger audience. In addition to her care costs, her earnings are also being used to establish a college fund for her great-grandchildren.
