Lillie Keenan wins $340,000 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup in Washington
Lillie Keenan secured her second career World Cup victory at the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Washington CSI 5*-W on October 24, 2026. Riding the 12-year-old stallion Kick On, Keenan completed the jump-off in 36.69 seconds to claim the $340,000 prize.
The event, held at the Washington International Horse Show in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, featured a field of 22 athletes. Thirteen riders advanced to the jump-off on a course designed by Colm Quinn. Keenan’s performance followed a strong round by U.S. Olympic gold medalist McLain Ward, who set an early pace before being overtaken by Daniel Coyle and Farrel, who finished second with a time of 37.13 seconds.
Irish Olympian Shane Sweetnam took third place with a time of 38.09 seconds aboard Pia Maria H. For Keenan, the win marks a significant milestone in her long history with the Washington International Horse Show, where she began competing on ponies at age eight. The victory also earns her 20 qualifying points toward the 2027 Finals in Gothenburg, Sweden.
