Lily Allen performs West End Girl album in full at Melbourne arena

British singer-songwriter Lily Allen performed her 2025 album, West End Girl, in its entirety during a concert at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena. Moving away from a traditional greatest hits format, the production utilized costumes, props, and movement to present the album as a theatrical narrative centered on personal upheaval and the collapse of a marriage.

To acknowledge her earlier career, the Dallas Minor Sextet provided instrumental arrangements of several hits, including ‘Smile’ and ‘LDN’, with lyrics projected for audience participation.

The performance comes as Allen continues her global tour for the record, which marks her musical return following her divorce from David Harbour. The tour recently faced a setback when a viral infection forced the cancellation of a scheduled performance at Auckland’s Spark Arena in New Zealand.
