Lima International Book Fair 2026 features 65+ authors and Ana Luisa Castro’s debut novel

The 30th edition of the Lima International Book Fair runs from July 22 to August 6, 2026 at the Centro de Exposiciones Jockey. More than 65 international writers will attend, representing Latin America, Europe and Asia, and the event will host over 600 cultural activities. Ecuador participates as the guest country of honor, sending a large delegation.

Among the highlighted participants are Argentine novelist Agustina Bazterrica, Chilean author Alberto Fuguet, Mexican romance writer América Rodas, Uruguayan Fernanda Trías, Colombian Karine Bernal Lobo and others. The Peruvian writer Ana Luisa Castro will present her first novel “Las casitas,” published by Revuelta Editores and prologued by Alonso Cueto, on July 27 at the Sala Martín Adán. The presentation will be accompanied by poet Carmen Ollé and writer‑lawyer Juan Carlos Belaúnde. The fair’s program also includes talks, book signings and discussions across various venues.
