Lima Mayor announces 33 Rapid Assistance Posts for emergencies

The Mayor of Lima, Renzo Reggiardo, has announced the implementation of 33 Rapid Assistance Posts (Puestos de Auxilio Rápido, or PAR) across the capital. The initiative aims to improve response times for security incidents, medical emergencies, and first aid needs.

Each PAR station will be staffed by a municipal security officer (sereno) and equipped with a motorcycle ambulance designed for rapid deployment to incident sites. These posts will also serve as locations for citizens to file reports regarding local security or municipal issues.

The initial phase includes 33 locations, with plans to expand the network to approximately 45 posts. While the deployment will target high-population areas and sectors with high emergency reports, the specific districts and exact addresses for the first 33 stations have not yet been released to the public.
