Lima's SERPAR announces auction of 78 urban land lots

The Servicio de Parques de Lima (SERPAR), an agency of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima, has announced a public auction of 78 urban land lots across four districts in the capital. The auction is open to both individuals and companies interested in residential or commercial development.

Of the 78 lots, 70 are located in Lima Norte, specifically in Carabayllo (32), Puente Piedra (21), and Santa Rosa (17), while the remaining eight are in Santiago de Surco. The plots range in size from 96.76 m² to 1,187.62 m², with base prices starting at S/42,000 and reaching up to S/1,215,000.

All lots have independent registration and legal clearance. SERPAR clarified that none of the lots are designated as green areas or public recreation spaces. All proceeds from the auction will be used exclusively for the maintenance and improvement of metropolitan parks and clubs in Lima. The auction is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, at the Circuito Mágico del Agua.
