Limay River to host inaugural Dragón Fun dragon boat race

The first edition of 'Dragón Fun' is scheduled to take place on November 21 on the Limay River. Organized by Quatro Vientos, a provider authorized by the Ministry of Tourism, Environment, and Natural Resources, the event features 200-meter dragon boat races.

Teams will consist of 10 rowers and one guide, with an emphasis on synchronization and collective rhythm. The competition is designed for both experienced paddlers and novices, as the organizers provide the necessary equipment and preparation.

Beyond the racing, the event aims to serve as a social gathering for companies, clubs, institutions, and groups of friends. The day will include awards for performance and team spirit, alongside music, gastronomy, and various recreational activities along the riverbanks.
