Limehome expands hotel presence in San Sebastián

Limehome has expanded its presence in San Sebastián by taking over the management of a 42-room hotel located at 82 Zarautz Street in the Antiguo neighborhood. The establishment, known as Hotel Distrito Oeste By Limehome, includes a gym and a breakfast area and has been under the company's management since August 1.

The property was previously managed by a private wealth investor. Limehome completed the transition in less than a month and plans to implement an investment program during the first year of operation to align the building and its rooms with the brand's design, technology, and customer experience standards.

This move strengthens Limehome's position in the hotel segment, which now exceeds 1,000 contracted rooms in Spain. The company already operates tourist apartments in San Sebastián and aims to grow in urban and tourist markets with high entry barriers. Limehome currently manages over 13,000 tourist apartments and hotel rooms across 159 cities in 13 European countries.
